Our Studios
Gaussian’s main studio is located in historic Alton, Illinois, overlooking the Mississippi River. The space features a full 5.1 mixing suite, an extensive collection of recording and music equipment, and a dedicated foley stage for sound design.

We share our facility with Current Studios, Village Cine Rentals, and Shft Studios, giving us access to top-tier production gear and a thriving community of creative professionals—perfect for collaboration and innovation. Visitors are always welcome to stop by and experience the space firsthand.

Gaussian also operates in St. Louis, with a secondary studio conveniently located near Forest Park, allowing us to work seamlessly across both sides of the river. The final leg of our journey jumps all the way to NYC, where one of our founders resides and works.

Gaussian primarily operates as a team of our 3 founders (Devin, PJ, and Sam), but we have a team of 12 sound-designers/musicians that work as an extension for varying projects, making assets for our online store and filling in the gaps when their experience fits the niche of a specific project.
